No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery.
No Refunds or Exchanges (Unless Defective)
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at [insert email address]. Kindly provide:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Supporting photos of the defect
Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive your request, we will assess the defect and notify you within a reasonable time whether you are eligible for:
A replacement, or
A refund using your original method of payment.
Please note:The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damages and Issues

Alterations (UAE Orders Only)
We offer alteration services within the UAE at a fixed charge of 100 AED per item. To request alterations, please contact us with your order details.
